  • Free Trial Period: We offer a 30-day, full-featured free trial to all new users. This trial period is designed to allow you to fully evaluate the software and determine if it meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all users to make use of this trial period to ensure our Service is right for you.
  • Immediate Access to Service: Upon payment, your account is immediately upgraded, and you receive full, uninterrupted access to the features of your chosen subscription plan. Because the service is delivered and made available instantly, we cannot offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
  • Digital Product Nature: As a digital service, the product cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once access is granted, it is considered consumed.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or your authorized partner. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded, and you will not be charged again.

Please note that canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the fees already paid for the current billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

We do not offer refunds, including for cases of partial use, non-use, or if you forgot to cancel your subscription. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel in a timely manner if you no longer wish to use the Service.

Any billing disputes or issues related to payments made through an authorized partner must be addressed directly with that partner according to their terms and conditions.
