We use official Read/Trade APIs provided directly by the brokers. Your API credentials are encrypted using military-grade AES-256 encryption at rest. Furthermore, our system physically cannot process withdrawal requests—it is limited strictly to trade execution.
Yes. Every advisor listed on the FindNex marketplace must undergo strict KYC and provide valid SEBI Registration (RIA/RA) proof. We also enforce digital Aadhaar-based e-signatures to ensure that the advisory mandate you sign is legally compliant under Indian law.
